It is now known by sources close to the matter that the Supreme Court List has been narrowed down to 4 Individuals.

  1. West Virginia Senator Tyler Spencer
  2. Florida Senator Nathan Rollins
  3. Judge Owen Church
  4. Judge Owen Joseph

It is believed that Clayton, McMillan, and Flores were ruled out for being too extreme and it is well known their chances of getting past the Senate were slim.

BREAKING 7:02 AM

Senators Nathan Rollins and Tyler Spencer are both in Washington DC today, despite the senate being on recess.

BREAKING 12:00 PM

It has been announced President Kinkaide will nominate his Justice Tonight. It has also been leaked that Judge Joseph said he was looking forward to a nice quiet life. This essentially takes him out of speculation

BREAKING 4:03 PM

It has been found out by sources on Capitol Hill that Senator’s Spencer and Rollins have agreed to support one another if the other is nominated.

It is unlikely the President will select Senator Rollins, the President is concerned that if he picks Senator Rollins, the Democratic Governor will replace him with a liberal senator opposed to the President’s Agenda. This leaves Judge Church and Senator Spencer.

BREAKING 7:45 PM, ITS NOT SPENCER!

Senator Spencer has announced he will refuse the Supreme Court Nomination due to his age. He has endorsed Senator Rollins for the Position. Senator Spencer has been serving the people of West Virginia as a Senator since 1984, he is one of the longest serving members of the body currently.

BREAKING 8:00 PM (Church it is)

Judge Owen Church has been nominated to the Supreme Court by President Kinkaide.

A month Later

Church was wildly palatable to the Republicans. Senator’s Spencer and Rollins both backed Church. Fellow Moderate Daniel Jones also backed him. The democrats mostly opposed Church except North Dakota Senator Warwick Marchand, and Montana Senator Charlie Culberson. The overall vote was 27-23 in favor. The Supreme Court is now 5-4 Conservative
